On Saturday, we packed a picnic lunch and went to Elliot Farms to pick strawberries! We had such a great time!
Anna did a great job finding the soft rotten strawberries, so it took one of us watching her non-stop to make sure she was chomping down on one!
She had so much fun with a strawberry in each hand...by the time we finished picking Anna had strawberry juice coming out of her ears (seriously!) I'm pretty sure I cleaned strawberries out of her ears for the next two days!
After picking strawberries, we took a break before lunch to have homemade peach ice cream...they were out of strawberry already! I look forward to many more trips to the strawberry patch!
